Award winning Spanish Restaurant UNA, is thrilled to announce the addition of esteemed Michelin Star, Diego Grimberg, to its team as Culinary Advisor.
Diego Grimberg's culinary journey is nothing short of extraordinary. He gained prominence as the head chef for the launch of Albert Adria's Michelin-starred restaurant, Enigma in Barcelona. His exceptional skills and creativity played a pivotal role in establishing Enigma's reputation as a culinary haven, earning it critical acclaim and worldwide recognition. Since 2021 he has been in charge of the kitchen at Hofmann Restaurant as the Executive Chef. Hofmann is one part restaurant (1 Michelin Star) and one part cooking school with years of reputation and tradition in Catalan cuisine, molding the minds and techniques of the future Spanish chefs. Chef Diego joins UNA not only as chef at the top of his game but also a dedicated teacher of upcoming chefs. His dedication to the art of gastronomy will continue to drive the authenticity and culinary direction for UNA and to create exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

ICEX Spain, the government agency that promotes Spanish firms internationally, awards the Restaurants from Spain certification in Singapore. Singapore is the first country in Asia to get this certification with 15 restaurants here, joining the others in United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Germany and Belgium.
UNA has been certified in 2022 and 2023, in recognition of the restaurant’s initiatives that are focused on cuisine and culture, guaranteeing the level of quality of the establishment.

La Rioja Alta is a 6th Generation family-run winery established in 1890 and currently the World’s 4th Most Admired Winery.
One of Spain's most iconic wineries that offers the best Rioja wines and regularly score above 90 points with gold medals and trophies across vintages and labels. This ambassadorship came about when Guillermo Di Aranzabal Bittner (6th Generation Owner) came to visit The Alkaff Mansion a few months, he loved the location and the concept and wanted Alkaff to be the ambassador for them in Singapore. With this Ambassadorship, The Alkaff Mansion will now be able to offer special back vintages, release new labels, host wine events and winery representative visits.
