Award-winning Spanish restaurant UNA is thrilled to announce the addition of esteemed Michelin-starred chef Diego Grimberg as our Culinary Advisor.

Diego Grimberg's culinary journey is nothing short of extraordinary. He gained prominence as the head chef for the launch of Albert Adrià's Michelin-starred restaurant, Enigma, in Barcelona. His exceptional skills and creativity were pivotal in establishing Enigma's reputation as a culinary haven, earning critical acclaim and worldwide recognition. Since 2021, he has led the kitchen at Hofmann Restaurant as the Executive Chef. Hofmann uniquely combines a 1 Michelin-starred restaurant with a prestigious cooking school, known for its tradition in Catalan cuisine and for shaping future Spanish chefs.

Chef Diego joins UNA not only as a top-tier chef but also as a dedicated mentor for upcoming chefs. His dedication to the art of gastronomy will enhance UNA's authenticity and culinary direction, creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

RESTAURANTS FROM SPAIN CERTIFICATION

ICEX Spain, the government agency that promotes Spanish firms internationally, awards the Restaurants from Spain certification in Singapore. Singapore is the first country in Asia to get this certification with 15 restaurants here, joining the others in United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Germany and Belgium.

UNA has been certified in 2022 and 2023, in recognition of the restaurant’s initiatives that are focused on cuisine and culture, guaranteeing the level of quality of the establishment.
