Decked in the lovingly restored ebony-hued timbers and retrofitted with a contemporary lighting feature that showers down like silver and crystal rain, the century year old venue makes for a charming standalone romantic dining destination.
Delight your palates with modern Spanish cuisine. Helmed by Head Chef Tom with previous consultancy of Basque Chef Marta, a graduate of the prestigious Basque Culinary Centre, embark on a gastronomic adventure that is in a class by itself.
Blessed with two private dining rooms that are equipped with retractable sliding panels, our elegantly designed rooms can each accommodate groups of various sizes - perfect for corporate groups and private gatherings.

Conservatory Dining
Situated in an intimate space amidst the lush greenery of Telok Blangah Hill, UNA's new charming standalone private dining space with overhanging lights that sparkle like stars in the skies.
The Conservatory is now available for booking,
with a seating capacity of up to 20pax.
Exclusively for private dining or special occasions such as birthdays or proposal gatherings, a specially curated 5-Course Wine pairing menu is set to take you on a gastronomical journey through Spain.
